I'm leaving my rented property and need it brought back to standard. Its not too bad but son has used sellotape on bedroom walls so lots of little surface filling needed in his room. Rest of the house is just a magnolia wall paint and skirting and stair rail. The house will be empty as I'm moving out a month before handing in the keys.
Definitely would use Steve again. Reliable, clean, tidy and more to the point did the job I wanted. I'd have no trouble recommending him and in fact I already have to work colleagues.

Would like to have my hallway, landing and stairs prepared, and painted. For size estimate it is a 3 bedroom terraced property(old) with 5 internal doors not including front door. I have not included front door as this has previously been done. We will provide the materials, so just looking for labour costs.
Good work, pleasant man, cleaned up very well behind himself. Would use him again.

My house is a small two bed detached home. Am having upvc soffets and fascias fitted w/c 21 february, hence there will be scaffolding up. Ideally the w/c 28 feb would be good, weather permitting. Work required is little (l think?!)-maybe some preparation to a couple of cracks, treat the walls and possibly 2 coats of good quality exterior paint. Also one small wood door to be rubbed down and varnished.

I'm not sure
3 bedroom semi. External walls and garden walls + garage door. Small bits of woodwork (shutters on wall + front door overhang + garden gate) All other doors, windows and facias/sofits uPVC. Scaffolding will already be in place
Job well done to a high standard, despite being interrupted by frequent rain showers. Very happy with result.
