8' x 8' study needs wallpapering (2 windows & 1 door). Old painted lining paper needs removing 1st, plus little filling. Cheap as possible, please. If all goes well, whole house needs decorating, 1 room/hall area at a time. No rush (as need to find cash 1 mini project at a time)! Laura Ashley guide me to buy 2 rolls.
Mr Wilkes did a lovely job. A considerate gentleman who I felt comfortable and safe with (as a single female) in my home. Black coffee, 1 sugar is all he requires! I will certainly be requiring his services again. Linda Bailey.

On short notice Sam gave me a quote and completed the job as promised. He work till after 23:00 to complete the job on time. Very good work for a good price. Honest and reliable. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Existing paintwork is fine - we're just changing colour and ceilings are also fine.
No papering or plastering to be done as far as we can tell.
3 rooms, averaging about 3m x 4m.
Catch is that we need it done by 25th August.
Excellent work, very carefully done.

ladder or scaffold would be required. No special materials other than wood if required paint and prep material. 3 external walls, plus low outside wall.
Excellent quality of work. First class all round and great preparation. Would certainly use his services again and recommend to others.
