No real urgency, job can be done any time January to March 2011.
Requires dustsheets, ladder, own brushes.

Three-storey semi-detached house converted into 3 self-contained flats needs complete external redecoration including:
* Painting of all external surfaces
* Some repairs to wooden door and window frames
* Inspection of roof for slipped or missing tiles with replacement as necessary
* Inspection of old cast-iron guttering and repair or replacement as necessary
I received excellent service from this firm - they were prompt, courteous, efficient and very good value for money. The job was completed quickly and to a very high standard so I would have no hesitation in recommending them and will definitely use them again .

3 reception rooms in a various state of repair. Damp proofing course was done on entire ground floor so all skirting needs to be replaced/repaired, filling in work in some areas and general painting of walls/ dado and picture rails. 1 double bedroom also needs repainting. Another double needs stripping, skimming and painting.
Note: we had new carpets put in before finding out damp proofing needed to be done so they need to be covered properly and not damaged.

Also hall stairs and landing wipe down brilliant white. 2nd floor flat.
Vacant unfurnished property 15th Aug Had one quote 4 days work 2 men 1000 all in, Cash on completion, But Receipt need. if you dont stand behind the quality of your work dont bother, paint where paint should be and cut in where it should be, finger painters need not apply.
