Job Lounge 14ft x 19ft x 8ft high Bedroom 16ft x 12ft x 8ft Both rooms require one coat white emulsion to ceiling and coving. Both rooms require 2 coats emulsion to walls ( already have paint ). Skirting boards and two door frames in each room require one coat of gloss.

Comment Ray was punctual, very professional and courteous. He was well versed in his trade, carrying out proper preparation for the job in hand and providing a high quality finish. I would not hesitate to use Ray again and can highly recommend him to future customers. He gave me a quotation and stuck to it even though it entailed more work than he had envisaged. Budget Under £4,000

Job Hi, We have a communal building (6 Flats) which require urgent Guttering clearance and painting of external windows and fascias. There is also some rotten wood repair work which is needed on a couple of the ground floor flat bay windows which will need to be quoted for separately. Due to budget restraints we will need to prioritize the work according to costs. Urgent work being repair / clearance of guttering - followed by window painting / repair.

Budget I'm not sure

Job Neutral living room in need of decorating. 19' 8 x 12' 7 (5.99m x 3.84m) 1 varnished internal door, side aspect window, 2 wall heaters, TV point, 4 power sockets, front aspect patio doors, 2 ceiling points, coved and textured ceiling. Currently: painted white walls and â¿¿kindaâ¿¿ rubbed down woodwork. No wallpaper. Intention: 3 walls plus ceiling and woodwork to be painted, 1 wallpapered with photographic mural. No plastering required.
