Unsold Job, Updated Details : (Window frames are upvc so do not need doing) Original : External redecoration of house - gable end, fascias, soffits, front door and surrounding woodwork, stone window sills, plastered walls on inside of porch - all to be prepared, undercoated and topcoated. To replace piece of wood on gable end.
Reliable, punctual, efficient. Did the job exactly as agreed. Very flexible, always friendly and courteous. Would definitely use them again.

I'm not sure
Paint and make good internal hallway and landings of a small block of converted flats on three floors.
angus was a huge help for me as we had accepted another quote from someone else who let us down Angus was able to squeeze in the job and as we are holiday flats and needed the job done within a certain time scale he did this and i am very happy with the job he has done we should have done with his quote in the first place!!

Im a fully booked decorating company and im looking for a decorator i can sub out work to on day rate and price work. I will need someone late this week/early next week to start for a week or two. Have taken on a lot of decorators who are not professional or organised with own tools etc so if you do not have the following then please do not call me and waste my time or yours.
Must be clean and tidy, have own van and tools, polite and friendly to customers, reliable, be able to decorate to a good standard and can be left alone on jobs. Too many decorators are saying they are painters but I soon realise on the first day or two that they cant cut in, dont put sheets down, dont rub down or fill etc. If i find you to be a good decorator there will be plenty of work for you each year as my customer base and work load is increasing massively each year. I will try to give price work as and when so theres a chance to earn more money but im looking to pay around £10.00 per hour for painters £11-12.00per hour if you can wallpaper.
