We have recently had two panes of glass replaced in two different sash windows. The putty has now dried for a month and the window frames need re painting. This involves some touching up of existing paint work (recently done) as well as some painting from scratch. I imagine that for one window, at least, it will require taking one of the sash windows out. If this job is done well, there will be other jobs that we will need doing in the flat as we have recently moved in. We wnt to find a painter/decorator that we can build a relationship with to use longterm as we gradually do up the flat.
Louise was delightful to deal with and she is clearly a superb craftswoman and decorator. She cleared up as she went along and left the flat looking immaculate.We completely trusted her and wouldn't hesitate in recommending her.

We live in a 3 floor house and the hallway, staircases,half landings and landing need decorating. The walls are currently lined with lining paper, which is damaged in places due to previous damp problems, and the installation of new windows. We would also like to install a runner on the stairs so will need to have the banisters and the stairs prepared and decorated as well.
Marius did a great job decorating our hallway, landings and staircase. We had to have lots of walls re-plastered and new ceilings put in due to previous damp problems and he did a fabulous job.There were also many unanticipated problems that Marius sorted out for us - no job was too much, and he finishes the job as if it were his own home. Always punctual and tidy - very pleased.

I need someone to put backing paper up in my hallway (paper already stripped). I've already been quoted £345 inc materials for this job. I need someone to come and start tomorrow. I'm looking again because the person who I originally found has been very unreliable. To give you an idea of the size of the hallway, its one level of stairs to the flat, a hallway, a smaller set of stairs up to the kitchen, then another up to the bedroom.
Top quality service, if you want something done properly you need this guy. Very honest, friendly, trustworthy and gets the job done well., I had backing paper put up to cover my nasty victorian walls, now they are so smoooth, looking great!

Painting the front exterior of two large alcove wardrobes including the 4 main MDF doors 4 top MDF cupboard doors. Job would consist of suitable primer/undercoating (appropriate for MDF) and finished in white eggshell. Additionally a floating shelf and a stretch of skirting between the wardrobes to be painted/glossed.
Dan was friendly, on time and above all carried out the work to a very high standard (without loads of mess). Would definately recommend Dan to others!

It was last painted 5 years ago, so paint on the building is still okay (we don't like the colour) but woodwork paint peeling. I have a 2 bedroom flat in the City Point development in Brighton - 2 double bedrooms - 1 bathroom - 1 en suite - small, narrow hallway - large living room / kitchen I need the whole thing painted, pure brilliant white (just moving back in after letting it out for 9 months) - it's currently magnolia everywhere, which is incredibly depressing. That will include the bathrooms with suitible paint (in case it needs special paint). Need it before 22nd of June (inclusive) because moving back in Saturday. The place is empty apart from fixtures and fittings and one large (but empty) wardrobe, so access should be easy. Where I work I struggle to answer my phone so if you do call leave a message with your phone number and I will call you back. Interested in costs, including paint - decent stuff! - including and NOT including the ceilings.
