"Right from our initial meeting they put us at ease, took the time to accurately assess our expectations and requirements and did not offer unrealistic promises. At no time was any request shied away from and the whole crew did everything possible to accommodate our changing requests. The operation was very well manned with 3 or 4 on the job most days. Each day the team turned up to the minute for a full days work. As the job drew to a close every attempt was made to pick up every snag and conclude the job to our best satisfaction. The job involved replastering, damp-proofing and painting a three storey victorian town house. Extra requests included extensive removal of old cornicing and recoving (to the highest standard), tiling a hallway, some electrics, removing radiators to plaster behind and plasterboard/skimming two large ceilings and one bedroom to achieve a perfect new surface. Later in the job we opted to repaint the exterior of the house and replace the uPVC front door with a hardwood door and frame. The key compliments that we would like to give would be: 1. Punctuality 2. Ability to listen and involve the client 3. Extremely high standard of finish throughout We now have a beautiful home and would like to thank them for their hard work. In a marketplace where quality of tradespeople varies significantly, this firm offer an honest, good value and high quality product and we would be delighted to recommend them to anybody."
