Paint all external wood work, including windows, soffit board, front door and garage. Some small repairs to woodwork may be required. One section of guttering needs painting. We are a first floor flat with a turret that goes one storey higher.
Michael worked quickly and conscientiously, doing a good a job on our external woodwork and doors.

Hall & Toilet:
The hall walls need painted, doors need re-glossed & the ceiling needs painted as there's been recent plaster work carried out on it. A very small part of the cornice has also been damaged; repair isn't essential but would be ideal.
Toilet needs the ceiling paper removed and an oil-based paint used on ceiling and window area as there's mold due to the lack of ventilation. The walls also need to be painted / paper removed but paper may not need to be completely removed.
I am a tenant and have been asked to get quotes which will need to be approved by my landlord prior to work being approved. I've been asked to get three quotes. The budget says £500 as I had to select an option but there is no set budget for the work so please disregard this.
It would be ideal to have it complete before 10th June.
