"We had a lot of work to do on renovating a three-bedroom flat which was ex-rental and in poor condition. Dadd's Decor undertook the following work: re plastering several rooms, painting the whole flat and also the front door, helping with the selection of the correct colours for the different internal rooms, re-roofing a conservatory-type roof, and undertaking several odd jobs including replacing door handles, some light plumbing and various bits of trouble-shooting.
I would definitely recommend [COMPANY NAME] to anyone needing to have this kind of work done. Although there was a period of difficulty at one stage with one of the jobs, the manager, Stuart Dadd, is always available to sort things out, and the matter was resolved satisfactorily. Dadd's will quote reasonably, and then turn up to do the job and finish it. The staff are very polite and pleasant, honest and trustworthy. The quality of the work is generally very high. The one thing that needs to be improved is the finish. We had a lot of cleaning up to do after the month's work. The plasterers, in particular, should have laid more dust sheets and saved us having to spend ages washing down wooden floors. Also, a few minor things were left undone, and one of the workmen damaged a lino floor. However, the management agreed quickly to deduct the cost of repairs from the final bill, so no real harm done. It was generally a very successful working relationship, and I recommend the firm highly."
