Job Services required: painting 1 x bedroom Bedroom approx 10' x 12', newly plastered ceiling and cove, just re-skimmed walls, new primed MDF skirting. Ceiling, walls to be sealed/emulsioned, skirting and one 4 panel door to be glossed Approx start date 3/06 Surfaces are in good repair I have all the materials

Comment Started promptly, excellent quality of work, cleaned up and left neat & tidy having done a couple of "extras" that we added in. You can't ask for more from any tradesman so no problem in recomending Steve. Will certainly recomend and use again. DAVE

Budget Under £100

Job I would like a medium sized room painted. It consists of 2 full walls, and 1 wall with the window. The otherwall has fitted wardrobes. I would like a feature wall so one would be one colour and the other 2 a different colour. I do not need the ceiling, coving or skirting painted.

Comment We would NEVER use him again!!! Mike, started out rather professional and seemed to know what he was talking about hence, why we thought he had reason to be arrogant however, we were WRONG!! From a job that was suppose to take only 1 week has ended up 5 weeks and the work still hasn't been completed!!! Mike has kept asking for cash to "buy materials" but as yet, we are still waiting to see sight of our 5 radiators which have been paid for let alone be fitted?? With a job 1/2 done we have learnt to know that he has disappeared to Thailand without even telling us! We have been so unhappy with this guy that it resulted in us having to contact the police!!! Anyone, who uses this introductory sight should vet the tradesperson very carefully before you get stung! Sunita
