Had a water leak this morning and water was running down platerboard walls and out from cielings in 2 room. Need to get quotes for work for insurance complany. I have left propert drying all day and not sure what exact extent of work will be required but would like to get quotes to get ball rolling. The propoerty is a town house with high ceilings. The bathroom was on top floor and water flooded across floor then through the ceilings below and poured out ames taped joints ,light fitting and smoke detectors then down walls. Some of the ames tape joints have bubbled and some of the calk around the adjacent wood work has come out.
Ron was the only tradesman that responded to my job. Showed up next day to quote and got the job. Very happy with workmanship. Will use again.

Strip walls in lower hall, stairs and upper hall and paint. Strip paper on one wall in living room and repaper. Paper one wall in bedroom (feature wallpaper) and paint remaining 3 walls. We will supply paper and paint.
Excellent work and good value for money. Our walls were in pretty bad condition and the tradesmen made an excellent job of smoothing the walls and covering cracks as well as putting up wallpaper. Good attention to detail and put in a lot of hours each day to get the work finished as quickly as possible.
