LIC Painters was very accomodating and respectful of my elderly parent's wishes. He did a very good job and kindly moved furniture for someone whose age meant couldn't do it. LIC Painters tidied up after all work and also kept in contact to let us know when he would return. Could not fault the company and would recommend to others.

Overall dims approx: L.470cm x W.356cm x H.226cm One of the short walls is 95% outside window. The other short wall has a standard door/frame + internal window (165cm wide) One of the long walls has a standard door/frame (3')
Turned up on time, well organised, did a good job and tidied up afterwards!

Paint/refresh - Garage door and wooden surrounds; 1 front door, 1 large front window frame, 1 wooden facade (next to front door) including 1 window frame (ideally, I would like to entirely replace front door, and facade, but unsure what is possible) within a limited budget). Currently painted brown throughout, I'd prefer something less bland, but in keeping with oak finish UPVC soffit boards
It took ages to get the job started after receiving a quote in 2 parts, which came close to it being given to somebody else. But once communication had started, we progressed with the entire 2 part job, and I'm delighted with the result. We left Kev to come and go as he saw fit, with no worries about letting him have access to the house when we were away. We need further interior work done, and Kev will be top of our list to provide a quote, assuming his diary is free!

Redecoration following repair to damage caused by faulty overflow pipe. Potential for more work in future if all goes well.
Extremely helpful and professional from start to finnish. Quotation came in quickest and in the most professional format. Price was competative and he fitted in with other works going on doing the work over two periods to allow new plaster to dry. Went the extra mile and nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly deserves our highest recommendation. Not surprisingly we shall be using again.

repair taping about six feet in bathroom and three feet in hall. repaint white ceiling in bathroom approx 8 sq mtrs and hall approx 7 sq mtrs
Work concerned was to repair taping in hall and bathroom ( approx 9 feet which had been damaged by flooding) then completely repainting ceilings (approx 15 m2) A timeframe and price was agreed at an initial check on work involved. The tradesperson completed the work within the timeframe on the agreed time and days concerned. The final result was a job completed to my satisfaction.
