Remove old wallpaper and smooth and even up the walls, paint the walls of a medium sized room and add skirting . Treat any mould problem around window. Needing old furniture to be removed and new flat boxed furniture to be put together.

I am getting the keys to a new flat this Friday and the front room (measures approx 5.84m x 3.43m) has embossed wallpaper on the walls which has been painted over. I would like this stripped off and the room redecorated. It is possible the plaster will need skimming once the paper is off, but initially would like a quote for the wallpaper removal and redecoration. Ideally would like the work to start early next week (week commencing 4th Feb), so if you would like to see the room to quote it would be great if you could visit between Sat the 2nd and Mon the 4th. Timing: ASAP
