"As several ateempts at rating previously - i would not recommend this tradesperson to anybody and if possible would rate him lower. He did not do the job I requested and extensively damaged my property. Plastering on every single wall cracked, no edging placed in corners plastering uneven. Cornicing was rollered instead of sprayed (despite it being a listed building and being told specifically not to do this). Large sections of the cornicing were broken and had to be repaired by another firm. Plastering was shoddy and uneven. Painting also shoddy - didn't bother to unscrew light fittings before plastering and painting. Asked him back to fix work but did more damage and did not do any remedial repairs. THIS TRADESPERSON KEPT MY HOUSE KEYS AND THREATENED ME. RETURNED HOME LATE AT NIGHT TO FIND A LARGE MAN (SENT BY ADM) TRYING TO GET INTO THE BUILDING. I HAVE HAD TO PHONE THE POLICE AND DESPITE THIS HE DID NOT RETURN MY KEYS, FORTUNATELY I HAD CHANGED THE LOCKS. I would not feel safe having this firm anywhere near my house again, it was a very expensive mistake to employ them."
