"At first David presented as a very keen young man. I was so impressed that I gave him another job, and again offered him yet more work, although I had to clean paint spatters off the woodwork in the area he had painted. He agreed to come and give me a quote for painting the exterior woodwork on my house on three occasions but failed to turn up on the agreed dates. I gave him one last chance by leaving a message on his voice mail asking him to contact me but he has not done so. Perhaps the jobs I am offering him are not big enough to attract his interest now, but I feel he could have had the courtesy to turn up when he said he would or return my calls to say he was not interested in the jobs I offered. For these reasons I feel I must rate him lower than I did originally. "
