Traditional small ex-council semi detached house in Redbrae Road Kirkintilloch. Old lady just moved out. House completely empty. Job is to strip wall paper from all walls fill put up lining paper and apply magnolia emulsion throughout. Also all ceilings to be painted with white emulsion all doors and skirtings to be painted with white gloss. Property size Lounge, kitchen, 2 bedrooms bathroom upper and lower landings and stairs. Quote is for full job including materials.
Reliable painter. On time everytime. Just left keys for the week Gary and his team did their work. Would clearly recommend to others.

William kept us informed of everything he was doing and explained the problems and his solutions for any decorating issues. Excellent service and I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Repaint living room within flat. Approx 5 metres by 5 metres with one window and one door. Wall surface is currently plain wallpaper with paint covering. Work to be completed as soon as possible.

Complete decoration of empty sheltered flat: - 60-65sqm walls in Dulux Endurance Natural Calico - 2.5sqm walls in blue (paint provided) - 2.5sqm walls in bathroom white - 36 sqm ceilings. White - 44m skirting and door facings in Crown Whisper of Liquer - 22sqm doors in Crown Whisper of Liquer - 2.75 m window sills in Crown Whisper of Liquer Walls are generally in very good condition, but one limited area of rawl plugs damage and some pulling of existing lining paper due to somthing having been glued to it in the past. Lounge / bedroom area has painted over paper freize which will need removed / disguised. Walls all currently light. No carpets in place. Cost to include provision of paint amd materials (except small area of blue for bathroom 'feature wall, which is provided. Leftovers to ramian on site to permit subsequent touching up.
Turned job round very quickly and exactly as requested. A little overspray on switches, units etc, but otherwise did exactly as requested when requested. Pleasant to deal with an happy to accept cheque, so above board. Very competitive. Would use again.
