large two bedroom ground floor regency flat to be painted throughout. The flat has very high ceilings so tall ladders and frames may be needed. The flat has sash windows and some of them will need work to the putty surrounding the glass.
The combi-boiler also has a wooden surround that needs some repair and I would the wooden surface in the kitchen oiled
