Have a 10m2 wall needs wallpapering plus a 2m2 wall behind sliding wardrobes plus a tiny wall to a built recess. Paper has a pattern to it..
Great service! Gavenny Property Maintenance did a fantastic job decorating a room in my home. The painting & wallpapering was carried out and finished to a high standard. Only emulsion newly plastered walls, no door architraving fitted on 8 of 9 doors, no skirting fitted so no cutting in.
Mick kept quoting apointment on time! I'm amazed, first tradesman ever! Gave quote within 24 hours, very good price. From first text offering to quote to a 3 day job finished took only 10 days, brilliant! Work carried out to high standard, Mick was on time everyday, willing to give advise on all aspects, nice guy. the name says it all "High Spec Works" will definatley use Mick for further jobs.

To paint a small 2 up 2 down house. House has just had major works undertaken, so you will need to clean down skirtings etc and sweep before painting. To paint 2 bedrooms, bathroom, landing, stairs, tiny porch, living room, dinning room and kitchen. This includes ceilings which have just been skimmed, though I have given it one coat, cornis, and then to gloss all woodwork including brand new doors that have been fitted. Internal painting job of walls and ceilings of porch, through lounge/dining room open plan stair well and along landing, not including woodwork. Long ladder needed to reach top of stair well. Some minor repairs are needed to some bits of plasterwork around an archway and some badly drilled and filled holes need sanding down but there's no stripping of wallpaper as it is all currently emulsioned. Stripping and re-painting of 3 radiators.
