The wood painting job is straightforward and is only needed on the front and side of the house. Some of the facia wood is rotten and needs replacement. The house is a rental and I live in the USA so please communicate by e-mail. I can call you if needed.
Conor did a great job and achieved a good finish to our exterior woodwork. Our neighbours were so impressed they hired him to do work for them.

Sand down all surfaces. Paint all door frames, skirting & window cills with Satinwood. Paint ceilings & coving with matt emulsion. Paint all walls & radiators.
Carlos & his colleague painted a total of 7 rooms as well as the hall, stairs and landing in our house. Their work was of a very high standard and they went above and beyond what was asked for. Always on time, polite, hard working and a pleasure to have around. Would use again. Highly recommended.

No doors (fittings new ones). Windors are all upvc, not sure about window clls, they may need to be painted. 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and hall, ceiling and walls. Walls currently coloured, need to be neutralised
The job hasn't been finished yet due to holdups with builders, but what decorating has been done looks good. The team are very friendly and have been really flexible in working around our difficult schedule. Very helpful, approachable company.
