Commercial job in centre of Portsmouth (some parking available at the site). A vacant office block lease has ended and our client has to return the offices to the landlord repainted at the end of October. Standard office with carpet tiles (being replaced AFTER dec works) and a suspended grid ceiling at approx 2.5m high. A team of at least 5 decorators needed to repaint approx 1000m2 of walls. Some hole filling and making good required. A very small amount of woodwork too. Meeting the deadline is hugely important so please don't take this on if you are unable to supply the labour to meet the timescale.
On time, very competitive. Good finish.

The walls up the stairs in my house need painting, the reason i cant do it is coz of the height, am looking for someone who has very good rates as being a single parent i dont have excessive amounts of money available, my neighbour is also looking for someone to do hers as well, also at some point i want all the rooms painted so there would be alot of work in the future, if the price is right.
