Pre-decorations repairs and Decorations Kitchen/Lobby/Toilet The room is 6.5m long by 3m wide by 2.3m high. It has fitted cupboards and appliances. Repaint walls and ceiling in emulsion – supplied by client Repaint in white gloss: - • 4 off Door frames • 2 off glazed doors • 1 off solid door • 1 window frame • 1 radiator • Skirting. Small 1st floor bedroom The room is 4m long by 3.2m wide by 2.4m high. It has an airing cupboard/tank compartment. Furniture and fittings will be removed. Remove carpet and any underlay and cart away. Prepare the floor boards for installation of laminate flooring. Prepare walls and ceiling for painting. May require stripping deep coloured frieze. Paint walls in emulsion supplied by client and ceiling in white emulsion. Repaint in white gloss: - • 1 Door frame • Window frame • Plywood doors to Airing Cupboard/tank compartment • 1 radiator • Skirting. Supply and fit wood effect laminate flooring Front 1st Floor Double Bedroom Ceiling Only Protect furnishings, fitments fittings and carpet. Repair/fill crack to ceiling. Paint ceiling in white emulsion – 4.4m by 3.7m 2nd Floor Bedroom window and External Rainwater goods The guttering and downpipes to the rear of the house require attention. The guttering above the rear bedroom window deforms, allowing rainwater to pour down the outside of the window, causing wet rot. Refix guttering, fitting additional brackets to prevent further movement. Check and refix stopends. Examine the window – if as is likely it is beyond repair supply and fit new wood window to match. Protect furnishings, carpet and fittings. Paint in white gloss and make good decorations to surrounding wall. There is no deadline for this work but we would like it completed in one contract.
I rarely give an excellent rating but Martin delivered excellent value for money and communicated clealry. He was far from the cheapest but the quality he delivered met my expectations. I'd definitely use Martin again, and probably will!!

Steve and his team did a superb job on my recently purchased house. He decorated most of the house and carried out some plastering work internally and externally. He was always punctual, his work was of a high standard, and he was a great bloke to have around. Would recommend and use again.

Martin did a great job, was reliable and very flexible around our times. Good value and a nice guy. Would not hesitate to recommend or use his services again.

My mother's 2 story detached house needs the external doors (2) and windows approximately 10 repainted. The frames are metal but the sills are wood. In addition the front door which is wood panels with glass, needs stripping and revarnishing.

Graham did a house renovation for us (decorating) over a period of 6 weeks whilst we were in rental. He has a good work ethos, very tidy worker, reliable (turned up even when it snowed). He has good contacts with other trades (electricians / plasterers / painters) which is important with a job like this. We are very happy with the final product. I would happily recommend to others !
