"Steve came round very quickly for the initial quotation and understood what was required coming up with suggestions that we had not thought of. Once we had offered the job, the date for start was agreed and the 2 lads turned up on time. They quickly got down to it, working quickly, cleanly and hard, I was amazed how much they got done in the first day! The project was finished on time to a good quality. I only have one small criticism, when Steve quoted the job, he said that he would be on the job himself, however due to an overrun on a previous job he was unable to to fulfill this - whilst this was not a problem, I would recommend that Steve visits the projects during the work and not at the end as he did this time, he has very high standards for the workmanship and this would be monitored/enhanced with regular personnel visits to his tradesman on site. We are both very pleased with the final outcome, completed on time and on budget, and would use Steve again"
