Room will be newly plastered, We would require all walls painting, room is approximately 3.5m x 3.5m. We would also require all woodwork to be sanded and re-painted - this involves skirting boards, 2 door frames and a sash window.
Andrew's quote was good value for money. He was quick to complete the work and did a good job, ensuring we were happy with everything before he left.

I'm not sure
Wall to be white, stone sills to be black, guttering is metal so needs to be black (suggest No Nonsense smooth black from Screwfix) also "skirting" at bottom of walls to be patched up in mortar/whatever appropriate and painted black.
Only front of house and half of rear to be white as top half of rear of house is still exposed brick.
Original metal guttering needs rubbing down.
You might like to consider hiring a tower.
No rear access to house so we'll have to let you in each day.
Gives British builders a GOOD name.
Turned up when he said he would, did exactly what he said he would (plus a little bit more), and finished when he said he would.
Obviously knew what he was doing, did a brilliant job properly, clean and tidy - no mess.
I would recommend to anyone.
As with anything get payment terms agreed before accepting the work.

Prepare walls, possibly lining paper on walls and paint, paint ready prepared ceiling, tile round worksurfaces.
Ken was very thorough and he did an excellent job. The price he quoted was the price he finally charged and the work was done within the time scale that he had originally stated. I was happy to give him a key to the property and have asked him to do further work for me.
