"It seems one cannot provide any rating other than 5-star using this system today, so I will spell it out. Marc's estimate seemed on the low side, comparatively, and I think he would agree that he under-estimated the size of the job: the original assessment that he could do a 3-storey property on a ladder seemed especially unlikely and in the end most of the property was covered by scaffolding, which happily resulted in a better and faster job for the main elevations and guttering. Attention to detail was not one of his team's strengths, however, and I've rated the Quality as 3 star, or not bad. They were reluctant to rub down window frames and other woodwork adequately, even when this necessity was pointed out. Surrounding surfaces (corners of window and door frames) were left grimey which spoils an otherwise fine finish to the main part of the job. But the team were reliable, tidy and courteous and worked hard to complete the job within the estimated time. His preferred scaffolder was very good but wayward about schedules, turning up a day early to erect the scaffolding and then a day late to take it down. Overall a 4 verging on 3 star rating. "
