bathroom needs painting - walls and ceiling.
Generally I do not enjoy having workmen around.
Martin Phillips was reliable, helpful and just got on with the job. He arrived when he said he would and did the job in the time he said he would. I am very pleased and would have no problem recommending him and using him again. Thank you

I want my hall and landing decorated (already seen the paint I like). There is currently wallpaper up but the walls are in good condition underneath. Preferrably needs to be done within the next 2 weeks if possible as my insurance company are fitting new carpets.
Friendly chaps that I felt comfortable with...did a grand job - the hall, stairs and landing look great!

Updated : can you please quote me each job separately. The windows are more important than the interior, and I need to get moving in the next fortnight ideally. Original : I need someone to paper and paint the hall and stairs and also paint 3 exterior upstairs windows.
I can strip the hall and landing, but I cannot reach the tall parts of the stairs, so need help with this. The work involves lining the walls and painting with emulsion. I can do the woodwork.
Outside the windows are a bay (house 1930s) and the old paint needs burning off and filling and painting.The other two windows are flat.
Need work to start in next 3 weeks ideally.
