We are just buying a new house which is basically a standard 3 bed which has been extended down stairs to add further ground floor bedroom and ensuite and a back extension off of the dining room.
We are looking to have all walls and ceilings stripped, the walls made good which shouldn't really need much attention and then lining papered all through. We would then need the walls painting base this on a standard trade magnolia as we are just looking to get the house liveable on a budget. Finally all woodwork to be glossed this does not include windows as these are upvc.
First time I have used this so I am hoping to upload a picture.
