Paint all internal walls. The property is a 4 bed property that we are hoping to buy. It has a large hall/stair well/landing, lounge, kitchen, utility, dining room, WC, 4 double bedrooms, ensuite and family bathroom that will all need painting in white. There will also be quite a few rawl plugs to remove and fill. I am looking for someone to do this work around the beginning of November, but would not be able to confirm exactly until nearer the time.
I employed Tony at short notice shortly after completing on our house. He has re decorated the whole house (big 4 bed) in just under 2 weeks for an amazing price and done a fabulous job (the house looks like new). I would recommend Tony every day of the week. He is also very trust worthy, and very hard working.

The house was recently replastered downstairs (hall, porch, living room / dining room / kitchen) and so all the rooms need redecorating. They are currently all painted. The intention would be to repaint (ceilings & walls) again although we may choose to paper a couple of walls. The skirting board was also replaced in parts and so some of this is bare wood. All woodwork would need sanding / painting
Allan was very professional and his quote was very competative. He kept in contact prior to starting the job and completed it very quickly. He kept the place clean and tidy and his attention to preparation was very, very impressive - overall an excellent job and I would not hesitate to use him again.

The upstairs windows require painting and there is some high up white wall painting to do also. We have the white paint and some of the gloss which is a special mix.
Polite, friendly, turned up early, worked long hours and got on with the job. Brilliant job and we are really pleased and we would certainly have them back again if we ever needed anymore work doing.

Updated : As I've no idea what the current cost for this sort of work is I have had to select a price: this does not mean that is what I think the job is worth: it may be less it may be more. Hence the reason for obtaining quote for the work. The work needs to be done failry soon (no more than 6 -8 weeks from now as the property is to be marketed for Sale from Mid July. Thank you Original : Rendered gable end wall of bungalow has been painted over without the original paintwork having been prepared, consequently top layer is weathering and peeling off. Also rear wall of bungalow needs paintwork freshening up. Ground drops away steeply at back of property and this will involve high ladder to reach eaves. Quote and schedule for work required asap.
