We need to get our flat 'touched up' before we move out and put it up for rent. The job would include: sanding, anti-mould painting, painting, re-sealing the window frames with sealant and a little skirting board work. One extra job i would like to get done is sanding and re-sealing the travertine tiles in the bathroom however i may need to get a specialist in to do this? Please get in touch with quotes asap.

Rick was professional, punctual and did and very good repaint of our two bed house within the timescale promised. Would definitely recommend to others.

Wallpapering 2 bedroom walls. I have 2 bedrooms, and want 1 wall in each room wallpapered. I already have the wallpaper, it's Cole & Son and came with a tub of "Prepared Paper Hangers Tub Paste". Dimensions of the walls: Bedroom 1: width 400 cm height 255 cm Bedroom 2: width 320 cm height 255 cm On each wall there are two sockets and two wall lights which would need to be cut around, but other than that they are just standard plain walls. Currently painted and smooth, no wallpaper to remove. No lining paper needed as walls are newly plastered (over 6 months ago so completely dry).

Preparing a small buy to let property for rental. Painting 4 rooms of approx 500sq ft, ceilings and walls, inclusive of bathroom. There may also be some touching up of cupboards, windows, doors etc. The existing walls ceilings are in reasonable order, a few nails/hooks to remove etc, but generally in a good state. Last painted 10 years ago.
Very persoanble, happy to help in any way he can with other jobs, i.e carpet fitting, cleaning etc. Seems very experienced and worth paying a little more money for based on the final product.
