Whole house needs redecorating after tenants decorated in dodgy colours and poor decorating. Some wallpaper and some painting 3 bed semi, with 3 reception rooms.

six doors; hall is approx 10ft x 4ft; landing similar. Hall approx 14ft drop at highest point.
Appalling workmanship, took five months to complete decoration of hall,stairs Landing and loung (quoted three weeks). Left us in a complete mess over Christmas whilst he escaped to Thailand and extended his leave. Everytime he was challenged he simply walked out. now we have paint peeling from doors and all woodwork, where he didn't prepare any surface and spread the paint so thinly the old colour is coming through.

We are looking for someome to decorate our living/dining room. What we would like are the following things done:
1) Remove wall paper make good the walls for painting, some small screw holes to be filled and maybe some skimming if necessary, walls are not in a bad state.
2) New skirting boards
3) New internal door frame (actual door is fine - will be reused)
the whole room including celing and skirting - painted (lining paper maybe if required - but hoepfully not)
Room size is approx 7.6 metres by 3.5 Meters - we have a basic drawing with sizes available if it would help
