Other jobs such as tiling, carpet-laying are required also, so having these skills would be a major plus! Rates and dates negotiable.
I've been using Battersea Builders to do a lot of jobs in our tired Georgian building that needed a facelift, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From day one they have been nothing but professional, and go above and beyond expectations. They truly have the customer's best interests at heart and genuinely do their best to bring their customers great value. They were completely accommodating to my last minute changes (of which there were many!) and kept us informed in every stage of the process.

The wall is 9.3 meters wide x 3.7 meters high at the top, it is the top floor of the building so the wall slopes in with roof making a trapezoid shape /___\. There are 3 doors and 4 windows in the wall that will need to be cut around. This job requires a lot of precision and expertise as the mural is quite detailed. Reply to quote only if you can carry out the job on the afternoon of Sunday 23 September.

We are hoping to decorate the communal hallway in our period convresion flats. It is a small hallway, just one storey high, with three doors comming off it, one downstairs, two upstairs. The stairs are divided into two sections. One wall in the entrance area is also damaged by effluesence and needs fixing before re-decorating. There is also an old damaged area on the same wall which requires fixing. After the walls have been fixed we would like it to be repainted, (walls, ceiling and wood), in white and neutral colours.
Harold and Fred arrived on time and completed the work to an excellent standard. They also dealt with a previously unknown damp problem in the hallway quickly and with good results. i would hire them again in the future and recommend them to others

Paul decorated our sitting room to a very good standard at a reasonable price with no hidden extra charges. We found him to be hardworking, puntual and very well organised. Decoration to rear corridor and toilet area (3 toilets) To redecorate the above throughout, using flat white brilliant white quality emulsion and brilliant white eggshell for the woodwork. The work will consist of washing all surfaces down with sugar soap solution, preparation for some small areas where needed with stain block and primer and one full coat on all wall, ceiling and wood surfaces - including the three toilets. Where old glue marks on skirtings are not possible to clean off, extra care will be taken to ensure that no discolouration is visible through the paintwork. The areas involved will be in occupation and will require access by staff during the works. Full cooperation must be given to make as little disruption as possible. However one toilet each can be sequentially removed from service. Following the above painting works, white silicone sealant will be applied to all junctures between the skirting boards and the floor covering (dalsouple rubber) Timing: ASAP
