Peter is extremely reliable and helpful. He did an excellent job painting my flat and regrouting my bathroom. In addition, he also helped me with other small extra tasks like calliing in a plumber to fix the leak, fixing my bathroom tabs and putting on coat hook on the door. He always kept me updated with his progress and finished the job in a good timely fashion. I would definitely recommend him to others and will use him again in the future. We have two smallish holes in our staircase ceiling, made by delivery men carrying a desk. They need plastering and then painting over (we have the paint colour so not all of ceiling needs painting, just the holes).
Did a good job plastering and painting our staircase - reliable and speedy.

Prepare and paint kitchen walls and ceiling 2 coats "kitchen and bathroom" paint. Make good skirting, prepare and paint 1 coat of undercoat and 1 coat of gloss. Remove and refit of cupboards on the kitchen wall.

At the end of a previous total apartment refurbishment there is a snag list of items the previous builder didn't finish before moving on to his next job. This list is about 30 small "clean up" items, mainly painting and decorating (touch ups etc.) but also some basic carpentry (adjusting doors etc.), and basic handyman items. This would suit an experience painter-decorator with basic carpentry skills who is available on weekends to take on some additional work. My expectation is the work would take 2 to 3 days. The work is for Saturdays and Sundays only. If you are interested, please quote a price on your day rate. Do not quote for materials, as my expectation is once we have discussed all the pieces of work you can purchase the small number of items needed at any Homebase/B&Q and give me the receipt for reimbursement.

I have a development in NW3 which is a 3 storey, 3 bedroom 1100sq ft house. The property has been refurbished completely and will have been freshly plastered throughout. There are 3 existing windows plus 2 smaller existing windows which will require prepping and painting, otherwise all other windows are new and already factory finished. All woodwork will be new and will require painting, including 9 new interior doors and a new exterior one. All wood will be either white satin wood or eggshell, all ceilings will be white emulsion and there will be up to 2/3 different colours for the internal walls. The front of the property will also require painting (most probably white) which I would like a separate quote for. Any necessary scaffolding/mobile tower will be sourced by me, however I would prefer if it could be done by ladder.
