"Finish on wallpapering spoilt whole job, did not prepare the walls before papering and used decorators caulk in every corner on surface of paper leaving white lines from floor to ceiling over pattern and also did not match up the pattern in one area and left gaps by cutting the wallpaper too short and papered over a hole under the window sill. Have spoken and written giving the tradesperson opportunity to contact and discuss putting the matter to rights, but 7 days later no response received even from both recorded and posted mail, and have now had to readvertise the job."

"Extra to the original job included the removal of an old external fire escape and the gable, fascias and soffits were repaired and painted.
The job took 4 weeks, with most of the time spent removing the old coating and repairing the render for painting. The quote included the cost for all labour and materials (including scaffold) and was the final price paid.
The use of power tools on the exterior walls caused small cracks in plasterwork on the interior walls which were repaired at no extra charge.
The workmen were polite and conscientious. The appearance of the house has been substantially improved."
