Painter & Decorator work in South Norwood Part 1 : Painting Small Kitchen (2.5m x 3m) 1) Sand down paintwork & prepare surfaces (some peeling has happened). 2) Paint walls 3) Paint ceiling 4) Paint skirting board (small, about 5cm high) Paint will be provided by us. Painter/decorator will need to bring own brushes and protective sheeting. Part 2 : Put up curtain rails for 2 windows in main bedroom: 1) Install 2 curtain rails. Curtain rails will be provided by us. Part 3 : Fix sealing silicon around bathtub (between bath and tiles) 1) Remove old sealing - has become mouldy. 2) Put new sealing in place. Painter/decorator will need to provide silicon, or instruct us ahead of time of what is needed. Generally: we have new flooring and new carpet in place, so the successful Painter/Decorator will need to be very fastidious and also bring their own sheets etc to keep the property clean.
Stephan and Martin did a brilliant job at our flat. We were extremely pleased, and will definitely use them again. They went the extra mile to prepare the surfaces, and make the painting finish really high quality. They also cleared up really well, and took care not to damage the new flooring and carpet while they did the work. Thanks!

A very efficient and reliable tradesman. Mr Harman turned up exactly when he said he would and got on with the job without delay. His staff were polite and hardworking, and got the work done with the minimum off fuss. Mr Harman was always ready to listen to any comments I had and more than willing to carry out any additional requests. He used top quality paints, which was very reassuring as the house has many areas that are difficult to access and maintain.

Hi there - am looking for quotes for wallpaper stripping from a bedroom wall (possibly three rooms - two bedrooms and a bathroom) and to re-plaster (if that turns out to be necessary once the paper is off). The bedrooms are in a Victorian flat - one medium-sized room and one small - though both have high ceilings). The bathroom is long rather than wide (and has a lower ceiling for some reason!).
