We are buying a flat and would like to get it painted before we move in. We would like to paint the bedroom and the living room. The bedroom has the wall paper on the walls which we would like to remove and paint the walls white, apart from the wall behind the bed which we want to paint red. Room dimentions are 3.4m x 3.3m and the ceiling is a normal heigh, I think about 9'. It terms of woodwork, there's a window, skirting boards, some crown moulding and and two built in wardrobes. The living room is currently a yellowish colour and we would like to paint it off-white. It is 4.4m x 3.7m. It has two windows, and shelves and a cupboard underneath on one side of the room. Further woodwork includes skirting boards, crown moulding and a radiator cover. We are hoping to get keys to the flat on the 13th June so the painting could start from the 14th. We need to replace the carpets on the 21st so ideally the painting would be finished by then.
We wanted to do some decorating once the purchase of our flat was complete but as the process started getting delayed so did our start date. Peter stayed in touch throughout, sending occasional messages to see how we were doing. That, combined with the previous reviews here and his quote which was very competitive, was why we chose him. We were very pleased with Peter and his work. There were a few areas that needed a touch up afterwards and Peter kindly came to fix them. All in all, we would use him again.

The actual job for which we recruited Neil encompassed entirely redecorating the interior of 2 floors (walls, ceilings, woodwork, cornices) as well as repair. Neil was prompt to deliver a detailed and competitive quote, promising to complete within 4 weeks. His was the best of the 3 quotes. Neil was highly professional throughout, explaining each step of the project and paying attention to detail. He is very resourceful, customer-driven, reliable and polite. We highly recommend Neil and his team.

Four rooms that need a very quick facelift to improve property for sale: large living room and bedroom with 11 foot ceilings (16 x 13 & 13 x 13), small bathroom and kitchen with much lower ceilings (8 x 4 bath, but mostly ceiling and one wall to paint; 10 x 4 kitchen, but mostly cupboards and really 1.5 walls to paint) plus long hallway. Both bathroom and kitchen to be done in eggshell. Everything trade off whites. Aslo some woodwork in the bathroom that needs retouching (cupboard around a sink).

I have recently had my flat replastered, so the old skitings are removed. I want them fited again or replaced where required. I then want the entire flat undercoated and fully painted and a couple of doors and windows sanded down also.
I picked Dan base on price and the quick turn around on quoting. I was not disappointed, him and his brother were very reliable, hard working and great value. The made every effort to keep my property very tidy with a great overall finish. I even got him to perform several additional jobs which were all handled with the same level of care and quality. Would definately recommend.
