Budget Under £500

Job Unsold Job, Updated Details : think it should cost well under £500 but obviously want to pay for a good job done and do not want to discourage with under 250. Original : freshen up small 2 bed flat in Wimbledon after 12 month tenancy. Would not expect much prep work. Small job but needs to be completed by the end of February. Thanks you

Comment I cannot recommend enough! Ian and his team were professional, reliable, worked to a tight time frame for me, they did a fantastic job and left the flat VERY clean! (It was like they were never there but left the flat freshly painted). If you want an honest, great quality as well as competive priced job? do not hesitate. Budget Under £500

Job I am looking to have textured wall paper removed from my entrance hall, stairway and landing. After this has been removed, the walls should be prepared and painted. Not the best but approximate length of walls combined is 12m-13m of wall.

Budget Under £500

Job I would like my bathroom decorated. It is a very small room (approx. 2 meter squared) and would only need the door frame and skirting rubbed down and re-painted. And then a lick of paint on the walls. It really is quite a quick and simple job.

Budget Under £4,000

Job I have a two storey flat/maisonette and most of it needs to be redecorated, specifically: The entrance hall. The stairs and landing (two sets of stair cases). Three bedrooms (1 large, 2 small) Large sitting room In particular I would like the banister and woodwork on the doors, window frames and skirting refinished to a high standard. Much of the wood has layers of bad paint jobs and I am not interested in anyone who will just paint over them; they need some time spent on them. I also need some carpentry work done to improve the storage space in the airing cupboard and to replace some internal doors with new doors. This can be a separate job but if one person had all the skills, then great. The walls require painting. They are mostly in fairly good order, but some may require new lining paper. I would like a couple of small areas to be wallpapered. I may also put down new wooden floors in the kitchen and sitting room.

Job High level (max 6m) ceilings and walls. ceilings at least 226m2. walls similar. Metal frame windows refurb. and redecorating. Must be atleast 4 decorators. Some of it must be done out of hours.

Budget Under £250

Job We require two jobs done at our house in Wimbledon. We require the wallpaper of just one normal sized wall stripped and re-wallpapered with plain paper (that we will supply) The second job is the stripping and re-lining of lino in a bathroom. It's approx 2x3 metres. We will also supply the Lino for this job. Thanks
