Stripping sills on exterior windows and repainting them. The rest of the frames are sound, and won't need stripping but will need repainting. It will take 4-5 days and I want to pay £120 per day for someone who is skilled and works hard. I am a builder and will be working alongside, replacing 2 sills, painting walls, fascia and guttering.
Anthony was excellent. A true professionsl. Working unsupervised he did a great job of both the prep and the painting. Totally trustworthy and reliable. I would highly recommend him to anyone I work with.

Kc Services and Keni were excellent from the initial detailed visit and quote to ensuring that the work was carried out to a high standard, on time and on budget. Kc also did several other small things not part of the quote quite happily. I was kept informed of progress at all times and advice was given on products etc. Paid at the end of the job including supplies once complete and satisfied rather than upfront which was great. Would definitely use again and recommend. Many thanks !

Total square footage of floor of property around 70 square metres. There is a kitchen, sitting room dining room, stairs, hall, two bedrooms. Existing condition of walls is good. Need screw holes (30) filled in and smoothed, couple of cracks and then two coats of magnolia applied to walls and two bookcases. No ceilings or wanescoating.
Great job came at short notice and completed task in a professional and efficient fashion.

the rooms are approx 20 sqm. There is also some painting to do on the skirting boards, door and windows. This could lead to an extensive job if your work is good, you are reliable and fairly priced. We have a lot of further work to be done over the next few months.
Robert did an excellent job, he worked very fast but still managed to provide a superb finish. He was very reliable and really tried to fit in with my schedule and all for a good price. Would definitely recommend him.

Bedroom and living room, perfect condition, rooms approx. 11 ft x 16 ft. Ceilings, walls, skirting boards and radiators painting - possibly one door.
Daniel and his team completely repainted two rooms and hallway, as well as install a false ceiling and inset lights, plus fitted wardrobe and doors. Due to damp, I had problems with internal wall which they sorted out. I am very happy with their standard of work and would certainly use them again. They are also very helpful, polite and a pleasure to work with.

Internal work only - to paint a smallish lounge, a hallway (fix a bit of broken dado rail in hallway), landing, a master bedroom and 2 childrens bedrooms. This is basically just to freshen up a house we have just bought which we will eventually do major building works to, possibly extend etc, but we have to wait for planning and in the meantime we have to live in it and the decor is very tatty so we would like to freshen it up by whitewashing some walls but not spend a fortune on it.
