Small flat in East London - need to repaint 2 bedrooms (12'10 x 6'7 and 9'3 x 8'10), hallway (3 x 8'2) & kitchen (10'9 x 6'10), Including ceilings and woodwork.
I would highly recommend London Living. The proposed job was promptly reviewed and a detailed quote provided. As a remote landlord the quote detail was essential to ensure that both I, and the tenants, knew what to expect. Once instructed I was able to sit back and let Gill deal directly with the tenants, so easy. The tenants found him pleasant and helpful, Gill completed the job efficiently in the agreed timeline to a high standard, despite having to move a lot of furniture around to access the walls.

Updated : I need the staircase sanded a bit and painted (2 main flights plus a 'half-flight'), plus some painting to window frames outside and the front door painting. Original : I need the staircase sanded a bit and painted, plus help with some other painting as I've had some work done to the house and have done a lot of painting already, but I need some help to finish it off quickly. There may also be a bit of painting to do outside.
Good quality work and always turned up when he said he would - a lot of care was taken to give a good finish.
