I require a the whole of a small terraced house painted (2 coats) by the end of next Property is situated in the Docklands. STAIRS AND HALLWAY LOUNGE 3.71m x 5.44m (12' 2" x 17' 10") KITCHEN 1.63m x 2.82m (5' 4" x 9' 3") BEDROOM 1 3.25m x 3.71m (10' 7" x 12' 2") BEDROOM 2 2.59m x 2.62m (8' 5" x 8' 7") BATHROOM White 3 piece suite comprises panel bath, pedestal basin and w.c. The Quote must be an all inclusive quote for providing the paint and the labour.
I had asked for a 2 bed terraced house to be painted in 5 days for tenants to move in shortly after. Alan was very fast and managed to paint the whole house in three days. His quote for the work was very reasonable and I simply gave him a set of keys and left him to get on with it. In addition, i felt he completely understood the fact that i needed the place to look fresh and clean but that costs needed to be reasonable. I asked him also to fix the bath panel which he also did. Overall I am very pleased with the job and have allocated him as my handyman for the property. I will not hesitate to ask Alan to help with other jobs in the future and would highly recommend him.

I have a small flat that's needs a facelift. The following need to be quoted for. 3 rooms. Bedroom, hallway and living room all quite small. Living room is larger than the rest and it's L shaped. Ceilings,walls ,doors, door frames ,Windows frames and window seels. There are a total of 4 doors and door frames. 2 double windows and frames and 1 single windows and frame. Also need the skirting boards painted in those 3 rooms. Start from next Monday. I want a fixed price. Must be careful with new flooring and furniture.(currently being fitted) Price to include use of own equipment other than the paint. And must bring own dust sheets for protection of the bits in the flat. I would like to know the fixed price. Time required & starting date. Work must be invoiced for payment. PGC have done a fantastic job on my flat and I'm very pleased. As I work from home I had needed the job done quickly and efficiently. Because of this PGC worked longer hours to fit in with my schedule. The painting was completed to a very high standard and there was no errors on any of the Walls ,windows, skirting or doors and no there was no mess at all. Samuel & Otek did a very good job & we are very happy with it. They are reliable, hard working, punctual & very professional. They also made a cover for boiler in the kitchen which looks very good. Their quote was very reasonable & job was done to a high standard. They are highly recommended from my side.
