"Very helpful with suggestions of how to complete the finish. There are a couple of things I should mention... it is important to delineate exactly what is required because if left to make their own decisions, this company may cut corners. I inspected the work on a regular basis (I don't live at the flat) to ensure what needed doing was done. However, once told, they did carry out the work as expected. Another thing that was sub-obtimal was the communication. They would only occasionally answer the phone and the best way to communicate was via email which isn't the best if the query was urgent. Luckily, there wasa no major hold up because of this. On the whole, I am very pleased with the quality and efficiency of the work and would not hesitate to recommend this company to another party. "
