Tomas happens to be an extremely responsive project manager, professional, very polite, punctual and happy to help. Even though at the end of the job, there were still a couple of minor things to review, Tomas was very proactive and responded well and quickly. At the end the job has been done to a high standard and I am very pleased with the result. i would highly recommend him.

There are two, large, four story houses which have been converted into flats which require the windows and woodwork repaired and painted. This will require scaffolding which we can arrange. Some windows are in very poor repair and will need considerable work. The properties are in a conservation area so replacement is not a viable option unless individual owners wish to do this independently (at their own cost). The management company require at least three quotes.
