Looking for a bit of decoration done to a flat.
1. Wallpapering in a downstairs bathroom needs re-doing
2. Regrout of upstairs shower cabin
Completly optional but if you can do it, woudl like a quote on:
3. Move downstairs bathroom shower head to stop it spraying everywhere
4. Fix downstairs window so it closes properly
5. Re-align front door
6. Replace bottom of drawers that are broken

There are 2 jobs I need doing.
1) I have 2 shelves that I would like put up in the kitchen. The location of the shelves will be above the cooker, between 2 cupboards. The wall is a main wall and is stone.
2) I need a door changed on a cupboard which is at the end of the bath. The shower head is currently attached to the exciting door and will need to be removed and re-attached to the new door.
3) Put 2 hooks on the back of the bathroom door - not sure if the door is solid or hollow
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Maryo was available at very short notice (came on the same day) and did a fantastic job of putting up shelves, putting hooks in the door and replacing a cupboard door. Was a very reasonable price as well.
Would recommend and use again.

I need a tradesperson in the Clapham Junction area to paint and decorate the interior a 1.5 bed flat. The flat hasn't been redecorated for about 10 years and is looking tired. The walls need sanded, filled and painted. All of the window frames need to be sanded, repaired 9where necessary) and painted. Silicon beading in the bathroom and kitchen need to be replaced. Tiles in the bathroom need to be regrouted. No major structural work, but a jolly good freshen is needed.
Arrived on time; finished on time and on budget. Very pleasant to deal with. Would happily use again.

We need a small painting job doing on two walls that have been recently replastered following damp remediation work, as well as removal of some lining paper above where the damp remediation work was done before the painting is done. The ceiling and some wood work was hit by the plaster as well so may need some touching up.

Painting of internal walls, doors, windows and skirting. It is for a flat which is 824 sq ft. There are 2 bedrooms, kitchen and all hallways that need painting.
Pawel and his team were excellent. From helping to select the paint for a new flat, to putting up wallpaper, even to helping fit a newly delivered fridge into a particularly tight space in the kitchen (not his remit at all!). I would highly recommend them. And I will be getting back in touch when we move on to do the rest of the flat later this year

Internal painting of:
-Lounge, kitchen, hall landing and stairs, bedrooms x 2, 2 box rooms, one loo and one bathroom.
Ideally quoted for separately as depending on quotes some may be put on hold. Involves walls and skirting/ doors. Work to be completed by end of May if possible - although could over-spill into June.
Not great for a number of reasons. Decorator late, not high quality finish (even when I asked for specifics), no follow up to check on quality from the people you arrange the job with and pay - you don't see anyone after the decorator introduction which I think is poor, probably more used to commercial jobs than domestic - would possibly reuse for a flat-let, but not for my own home. On plus side, decorator was courteous and tidied up each evening.
