Double bedroom - approx dimensions 4.7m x 4m requires repainting and also making good some areas in room where additional electrical sockets were added. Landing runs through entire 2 bed victorian flat - unsure of dimensions, high ceilings, repaint required. Existing decorating in good condition.
Tom was punctual and trustworthy (happily left him my key each day) and his work was competitively priced and to a high standard. I would definitely recommend him to others and I'm likely to go back to him to get a quote for further work.

Also needs damp work in possibly two rooms. To remove old damp plaster back to brick approx. 1 meter high in any room where it is required on external window wall, and replace with waterproof sand and cement render and smooth finishing plaster.
