"Things went smoothly, with a few minor niggles but overall a very good job, done on time and within budget. Derrick from Elite Decor painted my mother's two bedroom flat in January as well as carrying out some minor building work there too. We arranged for him to turn up at the flat to recce the job and produce a written quote. He turned up on time, was pleasant and professional and the quote arrived within budget. A date was fixed for the start of the job and he reckoned it would be completed in about two weeks. True to his word he started ontime and though progress seemed to go a little slowly at first, the job was completed on time and to a good standard. There were some minor issues about payment which probably could have been avoided if it was made clear to us how and when Elite wanted to be paid before they started the job. However I'd happily reccommend Elite - particularly as they did what so few seem to do these days - arrive and finish a job on time and in budget."
