Just need one room painting from blue to cream - the walls probably need washing as well as it's not been decorated for some time as far as I know

4x3m bedroom, with 3m high ceilings. Walls and ceiling need painting + architraves and internal frame of large window. No other woodwork. Current wall colour = dusky pink, final wall colour = off white - so a few coats will be needed. Current ceiling colour = white, final ceiling colour = white Some cracks and holes in both walls and ceiling need filling/sanding prior to painting. But there are no major areas of damp/peeling paint. Ideally do work in week beginning 18th June - or ASAP thereafter.
Very decent and reliable. Ryan provided a proper quote and carried out the works when and in the time he said he would. Happy with the finish.

2 bed flat in edwardian conversion central london. Flat to go on market so needs some decorating and new floor laid
1./ Decorating
Room 1 bedroom approx 3m x 4.5m x 2.4m (H)
Front wall (3m x 2.5m) inc window & radiator needs stripping and skimming
Ceiling (4m x 3m) is textured (lathe and plaster) needs skim/plaster
One side wall (1.6m x 2.4m - rest shelves and cupboard) small water damage patch at bottom - requires filling/sanding
Side Wall 2 (4.5m x 2.5m inc door) small water damage patch at bottom requires bit of filling/sanding
Back Wall (3m x 2.5m) needs stripping on left half and prob needs skim as fairly rough
All need to get to decent state to be painted.
Hallway (walls 5m x 2.5m inc doors) needs stripping and preparing for paint.
Ceiling (approx 1.2m x 5m) is textured and needs skimming/plastering
ROOM 2 Living room 3m x 4.5m
front wall 3.5m x 2.5m inc radiator and window needs sanding and filling
side wall 1.6m x 2.5m needs sanding and filling
side wall 3m x 2.5 needs stripping
only skirting board needs sanding
No painting to be done as this will be done later - decorating job is all about getting the walls prepared for painting. No materials/tools supplied for decorating job. Flat will be occupied during job (single adult).
I imagine the job needs to be seen for an accurate quote and open to idea that it may be easier/quicker to re-skim all walls.
I completely agree with the other rating Jakup has received. He did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. He was very polite and worked incredibly fast to a very high standard hence the top rating I have given him. I would recommend him highly and would definitely use him again.

The basement loo had condensation and much dampness but that has now been fixed and replastered. MDF casing around cistern has been messed about so neds filling and smoothing out. Loo needs painting.
An extremely helpful, kind and tidy man. Eric is such a pleasure to have working in the house I gave him another job to do.
