"Sad experience with SWL. Painter seemed very keen and knowledgeable, and turned up on time the first visit. Since then has disappeared, no contact from mobile or email messages over 10 days. Has not completed job or returned keys to property. He has not claimed payment for job other than £100 paid him in advance for materials."
