"He offered to come round to give me a quote but did not turn up. He did not phone me to tell me he was not coming. I waited an hour and then phoned his mobile and landline to see if he was still wanted to give me a quote, but with no answer. I left a message on his mobile to phone me back, but 3 days later I still have not heard anything by phone or by e-mail. Very unimpressed by the lack of customer service. (All other tradesmen turned up to give me a quote on time as agreed.)"
