the job is to sand / lightly strip my bay windows frames inside and out (it is made up of about 20 small windows), sand / lightly strip the large thick window sill outside the bay window and paint the surrounds of the bay window outside.
Colin was always on time, tidy, polite, hard working and professional. He was knowledgeable about what needing doing and did a really great job in painting and repairing the rot in the 20 small window frames and stone window sill that make up my bay window. Happy to recommend him.

In reasonable condition but needs "freshening up". Both rooms are 5m x 3.5m approx. Hall is from ground floor to 2nd floor (high ceiling). Both sets of stairs have bannisters with spindles.
The work was carried out to a very high standard, using good quality materials; they were a punctual and friendly team, offering good advice where needed - we would be happy to use them again.

Room size approximately 25foot x 10 foot. One 25 foot wall to wallpapered. remaining walls reequire painting. One sash window frame and one banister to be painted.
