Rubbing and filling in where needed, paint masonry part of wall, paint part of the woodwork and creosote woodwork of front exterior of the house. Also rubbing and filling in and painting of utility room.
Didn't use Simon in the end due to other commitments in the house that needed more immediate attention. I thought Simon a very polite individual and very quick in replying back with a quote. Which I found one of the cheapest I got.

We have a 2 bedroom chalet with 2 x bathrooms, lounge, kitchen, dining room and hallway/staircase that needs painting. Total floor area is 90m2. This will need to be done before January 10th 2013.
Shaun was the first to call and the first to come round and quote. He went through the house in detail, keen to listen and understand exactly what was required. His quote was very reasonable and he began work the following week. The level of detail in both the plastering and painting was excellent and the house looks absolutely amazing. A very friendly, pleasant and trustworthy guy. Can definitely recommend him!

Very pleasant man who got on with the work without lots of fuss and has left my elderly mother very content with how things have worked out. Thank you. would use him again.
