Job Small bathroom, newly skimmed ceiling and walls which need painting and skirting and door which require sanding/preparing and painting. Timing: ASAP.

Comment Brian was punctual, professional and left us with a very well-painted bathroom. He used his initiative and had solutions if he found any problems inherited from earlier tradespeople. He completed the job in very good time by working efficiently and was thus able to price the job very competitively. We have already asked him to quote on another job. Debbie

Job Updated : customer to provide patterned wallpaper for both rooms, painter to provide emulsion and gloss. existing paper has been on a long time. bedroom 1 is medium size, bedroom 2 is small Original : strip wallpaper, fill any cracks paint ceiling and woodwork, doors and re paper walls in 2 bedrooms

Job Main materials and preparation to be provided by customer, work comprises: 1. Check surfaces to be wall papered, minor making good as needed. 2. Hang wall paper from dado rail height (2m AFL) to skirting all round including and around 2x alcoves either side of fire-place, 1xbay window reveal, 1xdoor framing. (Client to provide own-choice paper, tradesman to provide paste, tools and labour.)

Job Room size 25ft x 17ft approx. Strip existing wallpaper. Paint skirting boards and ceiling. Varnish 2 doors. Paint 1 window frame. Wallpaper walls.

Comment Steve arrived on time and did the following: Painted ceilings, glossed all woodwork including window frames, wallpapered. Room was 25ft x 17ft. He was very reliable, able and willing and above all pleasant at all times. His work was first class and I would not hesitate in recommending him to others, plus we would definitely use him again.
