Services required: painting, wallpapering - unpatterned 2 x bedrooms, 1 x lounge/living room, 1 x kitchen, 1 x hallway, 1 x stairs This is a rented house and the walls are not 100% and alot of tem are tongue and gruve so basically it's a tidy up painting ceilings in 2 bedrooms landing living room kit and bathroom .the walls involved are 2bedrooms landing high wall down the staircase kitchen the livingroom has only 2small alcoves needing painting .The wallpapering is only one small wall in the kit about 6 ft long and ceiling height and one alcove in the Lroom 3ft wide . It's a very small house equivalent to a small terrace although it a semi in joanmount gardens. Colours are white and magnolia . There are also 7 doors needing glossed and all skirtings again one coat of non drip gloss to clean them up . Surfaces needs some repair I have all the materials
Liam came and did the job when he said he would and completed it when he said he would . He is a good man for the job and I would recommend him to any one. Cheers Liam.
